Early Access Program

crize is currently in early access. By joining the waitlist, you understand that:

• Features and functionality are under development and may change
• Early access is provided on a first-come, first-served basis
• The first 100 creators will receive 60 days of free access
• We may modify or discontinue features without prior notice

User Responsibilities

When using crize, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights and content guidelines
• Not use crize to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content

You retain ownership of any content you create using crize insights. We do not claim ownership of your creative work.

Service Availability

crize is provided "as is" during early access. We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

crize provides intelligence and recommendations to assist content creators. However:

• We do not guarantee specific results or follower growth
• Content performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control
• You are responsible for final content decisions and posting
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from using our recommendations

Privacy

Your use of crize is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to crize if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
